The pana is that language that exists between the trees, the animals—that language that we have forgotten. But all the plants and animals, they communicate a language that they understand and that allows them to know what’s going to happen a thousand years from now. All we have to do is pay attention to them, and they will tell us what they are talking about. The wisdomkeepers are the ones that understand it. If you really put your mind to it and look at yourself and understand who you are, you’re going to start connecting with that pana, the rhythm, the beat, the heartbeat, the secret language of the plants, the animals and the land, all natural things.
